Leila on astutettu Stewiella (Int, Am & Can Ch. Heathers Nimrod Stew Unplugged), joka oli myös Martan isä. Tiineys varmistui tänään. Pennut syntyvät noin 28.5. Luvassa b&t ja l&t värisiä vihilapsia! :)

Leila has been bred to Stewie (Int, Am & Can Ch. Heathers Nimrod Stew Unplugged), who was also Martta's sire. Pregnancy was confirmed today. The due date is around May 28th. B&t and l&t puppies expected! :)

Leila Vuoden Vihikoira 2010 & St.Hubert 2010// Leila Bloodhound of the Year 2010 & St.Hubert 2010

Leila voitti Suomen Vihikoirayhdistyksen kiertopalkinnot toisen kerran peräkkäin. Vuoden Vihikoira-titteliin vaaditaan menestystä sekä näyttelyistä että jäljeltä; St.Hubert taas on parhaan näyttelykoiran palkinto.

Leila won the challenge cups of the Finnish Bloodhound Association for a second year in a row. For Bloodhound of the Year, the dog needs to excel both in conformation and on the trail; St.Hubert is the trophy for the best show bloodhound.

Maple Bay Fire -pennut 3 vuotta // Maple Bay Fire puppies 3 yrs old

Niilo 6 vuotta // Niilo 6 years 15.2.2011

Niilo täytti 6 vuotta 15.2. Synttäreitä juhlittiin viikonloppuna, mukana menossa olivat myös Kajsa ja Soppa.

Niilo turned 6 yrs old on Feb 15th. We celebrated the birthday during the weekend, also Kajsa and Soppa joined the party.

Parkano ryhmänäyttely // group show 5.2.2011

Leila oli RYP-2 Parkanon ryhmänäyttelyssä. Rodun ja ryhmän arvosteli Pekka Teini. Arvostelu oli erinomainen ja ryhmä oli hyvin iso (FCI4 ja FCI6 yhdistetty), joten tulos oli sitäkin hienompi.

Leila took Group 2 at the Parkano group show. The breed and group judge was Mr. Pekka Teini. The critique was excellent and the group was very big (FCI groups 4 and 6 combined), which made the placement even more fantastic.

Maple Bay Real Firestar MTX

Delta suoritti marraskuussa Sveitsissä ylimmän tason mantrailingtestin (MTX, Mantrailer Excellent). MTX-jälki on 24-36 h vanha kaupunkijälki. Kuvassa Delta ja Thierry jäljen päässä tunnistetun jäljentekijän kanssa. Onnea Thierry ja Delta (Maple Bay Real Firestar MTX) hienosta suorituksesta!! :)

Delta passed the highest test level in mantrailing (MTX, Mantrailer Excellent) in November in Switzerland. The MTX trail is 24-36 hrs old urban trail. Helsinki Winner 2010 & Winner 2010 shows 11-12.12.2010

Leila oli ROP molempina päivinä Messarissa ja sai kaksi uutta titteliä: Helsinki Winner 2010 ja Voittaja 2010. Lauantaina tuomarina oli Jos de Cuyper Belgiasta ja sunnuntaina Paul Jentgen Luxemburgista. Lauantaina kehässä oli viisi vihiä ja VSP oli ruotsalainen uros Ovillig. Leila took BOB both days at the Fair Center and got two new titles: Helsinki Winner 2010 and Winner 2010. On Saturday the judge was Mr. Jos de Cuyper from Belgium and on Sunday Mr. Paul Jentgen from Luxembourg. On Saturday five bloodhounds were shown and BOS was a Swedish male Ovillig.
